Known for its innovation and advanced engineering, the company produces a diverse range of machinery including Manure Spreaders, Forage Equipment, Dump Wagons, Silage Baggers and Begging Flingers. Establishing the company as a leader within the industry through scale, quality, and forward-thinking design.

That same mindset drives his approach to motorsports. Justin made an immediate impact in drag racing, winning his first NHRA Wally in Top Comp at his debut event, setting the tone for a career built on execution under pressure. Since then, he has competed at the highest level of NHRA Pro Mod, contributing to record-breaking performances, multiple event wins and championship-caliber seasons alongside some of the sport’s most elite teams. His experience includes competing within powerhouse programs such as Bahrain 1 Racing and Alanabi Racing, where he played a role in high-performing lineups and a championship-winning 2024 season. Across recent years, Justin has secured multiple NHRA Wally victories and establishing himself as a proven competitor in one of the most demanding categories in drag racing.

But beyond results, Justin brings a broader perspective to the sport. With a deep understanding of both the technical and commercial sides of racing, he operates as more than just a driver, building programs, leading teams and creating value for partners through performance, exposure, and long-term vision.

Now, in 2026, Bond leads JBS Motorsports under his own banner, bringing together a trusted crew, proven experience and a clear direction for the future. Supported by key personnel including Tuner Brad Personett, Crew Chief Brandon Thomas, Back-End Mechanic Mike Robinson, and Bottom-End Mechanic Hayden James the program is built on continuity, expertise and high-level execution.
